CORPORATE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
Please volunteer your time with Goshala BJ Animal care. It’s an easy way to provide us with financial support! The Online work includes but not limited to website development, social media content development, outreaching efforts to community, flyer making, flyer printing, and distribution of flyers, phone calls, record keeping of purchases and receipts, record keeping for volunteer hours, research on best practices to care for cows and bovines, research on calf care and health care for Cows, research on using cow products to generate revenue including organic manure making, research on nutritional diet charts for cows & research on staff training to handle cows and other farm animals..
Te On field work- The work of a volunteer at Goshala BJ animal care includes but not limited to cleaning animal pens, showering animals and their routines cleaning care, organize food pantry for the farm, purchasing supplies & equipment transporting and storage of goshala supplies & equipment, maintenance of Goshala premises including installation of gates, alleys installation of posts and wires to create fences and boundaries, picking up trash, disposal of trash bags, cleaning feeding pans for cows, gobar collection, kitchen garden installation and planting herbal plants for cow’s consumption.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Goshala BJ animal care , that I am actively aware of all the risk(s) of participating and being with cows.I assume all foregoing risk of being physically present at the farm. I also accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.I release, waive, and discharge Goshala BJ animal care from all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use or being present on the Farm. The farm also does not take any liability of loss of any personal belongings. If the behavior of the participant is in any way not in accordance with the bye-laws then the management reserves the right for that guest to be walked out of the property.
I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to the farm serviced by Goshal bj Animal care and will defend and indemnify Goshala BJ animal care against any claim brought by such person.I have read the above waiver and release, understand that I give up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it voluntarily.
I understand that Goshala BJ Animal care may take my photos and/or videos of program participants without any compensation during program activities and events for use in educational or promotional materials in print, multimedia, or web form. I grant permission for the use of my (or my child’s) photo/video.Photos/videos will only be used for purposes related to goshala programs.
Adults/Youth/High school volunteers
High school volunteers can earn their service hours by doing field work at the farm. Please expect to get dirty!
Except for Holidays, we are usually on the farm sanctuary helping out on the weekends afternoons. Please sign the liability form and submit it along with your information (fill up the google form) if you are interested in helping out.
